5 Reasons Why Your Phone Camera Suddenly Deteriorate

I have come across some people asking why their phone camera suddenly deteriorate after sometime.

In many such cases, the cameras used to be sharp and clean but after some months of usage it becomes poor which results to blurred pictures.

In recent years, smartphone makers put camera in high consideration when making phones hence we now see camera centric devices.

One of the companies that has produced this type of phone is Tecno Mobile. The Chinese smartphone OEM has the Camon series which basically focuses on camera quality and of course the picture quality from the Tecno Camon phones are superbe at initial stage but as time goes on, it starts deteriorating.

This particular experience is not exclusively to Tecno but most other smartphone produced.

So in this post, I'm going to show you the likely reasons why phone cameras deteriorats and worn out over time.

Some people may argue that phones from quality brands like Samsung and iPhone doesn't experience this same thing but by the time you are through with this post, you will see the hidden truth.

Dust Accumulation

Dust accumulation on the camera sensor can result to resolution loss, pixels of false colors, noise, spots etc. So before you blame your phone makers for making low quality devices, ensure you clean up the sensor with a soft white cotton material.

Worn-out Moving Parts

The Worn-out parts leaving the sensor out of alignment can result to focus images loss, blurry and distorted images.

Improper Maintenance

Bad maintenance culture can lead to "burn-out receptors on the sensor" which lead to "blank spots on the image, false-color pixels and resolution loss".

Dust in The Lens

When there is dust in the Lens, it could result to noisy, blurry and distorted images.

Scratched or Destroyed Lens Coating

When this happen, it could lead to distortion or false colors due to ultraviolet and infrared radiation reaching the sensor.

As you can see, you can't completely blame it on the phone manufacturer because at times, the fault is from you, the owner. The way you handle your phone matters a lot.

Another reason is "false imagination". As new phones with greater and better cameras comes out, yours becomes too poor for your liking.

For instance, when I was using Nokia 6600, the camera was one of the best then but after a year when new phones starts coming out with upgraded camera features, I then started noticing my Nokia 6600 camera is not giving me a perfect photo as before.

That's absolutely false imagination arising from the launch of better phones.

What do you think?

Intel fix causes reboots and slowdowns

Intel says devices are rebooting more than usual after being patched with fixes it has issued to the Spectre and Meltdown security flaws in its chips.
The company said it had reproduced the problem and was "making progress toward identifying the root cause".

It also shared information about how the patches might affect computer performance in data centres. One financial industry expert told the BBC he was concerned about the numbers being quoted.

Intel said its tests showed a reduction in performance ranging from 2% to 25%.

The US company said it was working with partners and customers to find ways to "address" the issue.

In an update on its website, Intel said the reboot problem had been identified in its Ivy Bridge, Sandy Bridge and Skylake processors. It also affected Kaby Lake chips - its most recent offering.

Initial analysis

Two separate security flaws, known as Meltdown and Spectre, were publicly disclosed in January. Researchers discovered gaps in security stemming from central processing units - better known as the chip or microchip - that could allow privately stored data in computers and networks to be hacked.

Experts suggested fixing the problem could reduce the performance of Intel chips significantly. Intel said its "initial analysis" for business cases such as running website servers showed a slowdown of 2%.

But it added that when it simulated a stock brokerage making transactions, the chips saw a 4% reduction in performance. One industry insider suggested that figure was more significant than it might seem at first glance.

"In a company like ours, 4% would be a massive difference," said Alasdair Haynes from the stock exchange Aquis. "We measure the time of trades in microseconds. Firms spend an enormous amount of time and money trying to get the fastest speed out of a server."

The most significant reduction in performance involved computer servers that store and retrieve large volumes of data. For those, the slowdown could be as severe as 25%.

Lady Who Mistakenly Bought N15K Airtime Gets Disappointing Reply from MTN

A lady wanted to recharge her MTN line with N1500 airtime via Eco bank mobile recharge gateway but mistakenly entered N15,000 instead of N1,500 and viam...

Bank deducted her money and credited her SIM with 15k worth of Airtime. The lady whose name is Sylvia on Twitter quickly and smartly tweeted about her predicament and tagged @MTNNG and @Ecobank_nigeria on Twitter (that's the benefit of being techy).

But you will be amazed at the painful reply MTN gave her. It was a disappointing experience when MTN Replied her saying they can't help her.

Yello, sorry for the inconvenience, kindly note that vended airtime from bank account can't be reversed. Our sincere apologies.
However, after much pleading, Ecobank refunded the money to her.

But why did MTN say it can't be refunded at first place? Oh I get it. It's out of their agreement when it comes to airtime from VTU right? Hmmm one have to be careful when purchasing airtime from bank.

Be mindful of the digits you enter to avoid stories that touches.

Bad News:Bitcoin Drops to $10,250

But come to think of it, most banks adds a 10k limit on airtime recharge because of this kind of case but why is it not like that in Ecobank?

Bad News: Bitcoin Drops to $10,250

Bitcoin leads Cryptocurrency slump at the moment amid expected crackdown. You will be shocked at the current price of Bitcoin as of today. I mean, most of us didn't expect this massive fall on Bitcoin price graph 📊 so early this year.
2017 was a massive year for Cryptocurrency in general and Bitcoin in particular. BTC once recorded an all time high price of $17,000+ according to Coindesk. But as of today January 18, 2018, Bitcoin has lost over $7,000 in value. Having said that, the price of Bitcoin right now is $10,250 The price increased dramatically last year which resulted to many people jumping into the business, some bought as many BTC as they can and hurd their coins believing in 2018, the value will get to $20,000 in January so they can sell and make profits. But that dream is shattered for now.

There are speculation that the price will go down more in coming days although, I am very optimistic that Bitcoin will rise again but we have to exercise a little patience. This downfall is not only affecting BTC but other top crypto platforms like Ethereum, Litecoin etc. But on a positive side, I think this is the right time to buy more Bitcoin at cheaper rate because it's likely to rise up again later in the year.

The fall of Bitcoin price is a good news to intending buyers while it's bad news for investors (those that bought).
